Undergraduate scholarships:
SLU merit-based scholarship
• No scholarship application required; qualified applicants are automatically
considered.
• Based on academic qualifications.
• Fully admitted to SLU as an international undergraduate student.
• Renewable, successful academic progress and maintenance of a minimum
2.0 cumulative GPA is required (may vary by award).
• Qualified applicants automatically considered; no application required.

Catholic/Jesuit High School Scholarship
• Automatically awarded to freshman applicants from a Jesuit or Catholic
high school.
• Academic English + International Year One; International Year One, Academic
English + Undergraduate Transfer Program; Undergraduate Transfer Program
(with less than 24 transferable credits) and Direct Entry student plans are
eligible.
• Can be combined with IYO and Direct Entry Merit-Based awards
• Maintenance of the required 2.0 GPA.
• Jesuit High School Award and Catholic High School Award are mutually
exclusive. Students are not eligible to receive both.

Gaokao Scholarship
• An overall GaoKao score placing the student above the undergraduate
enrollment threshold.
• A score of 125/150 for English.
• Directly admissible to the program of study.
• Speaking proficiency equivalent to a CEFR score of B2+ based on required
video interview conducted by Saint Louis University faculty.

Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship
Applicable to full-time Direct Entry and Direct Entry transfer enrollments.
• Freshman students: cumulative high school GPA of 3.25 or higher.
• Transfer students: completion of at least 24 credit hours of transferable
college coursework by the end of the spring term.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, as calculated by Saint Louis University.
• Can be combined with SLU merit or SLU grant awards.
• Application deadline: February 1.

Transfer: merit-based scholarship
• No scholarship application is required; qualified applicants are automatically
considered.
• Based on academic qualifications.
• Applicable to Undergraduate Transfer Program* or full-time Direct Entry
transfer enrollments.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8+, with 24+ transferable credits of undergraduate
level coursework.
• Renewable as long as student remains in good academic standing,
maintaining a GPA of 2.0+

Presidential Scholarship
• 3.85+ GPA; ACT/SAT scores not required.
• Separate application required.
• Application deadline: December 1.

International Year One Scholarship
• CHINA: contact your INTO regional representative; interview may be
required.
• Award applies only to INTO SLU International Year One or Undergraduate
Transfer Program portion of study plan.
• Awarded amount continues at progression.
• Academic English + International Year One; International Year One,
Academic English + Undergraduate Transfer Program; and Undergraduate
Transfer Program student plans are eligible. (Undergraduate Transfer
Program: students with less than 24 transferrable credit hours are eligible.)

Graduate Scholarships:
Regional scholarship
• Applicable to Graduate Pathway program enrollments.
• Award amounts by region:
•$4,000 (1-semester); $8,000 (2-semester) - East Asia
•Up to $4,000 (1-semester); up to $8,000 (2-semester) - China
•$7,000 (1-semester); $14,000 (2-semester) - Other regions

Global Graduate, Direct Entry Programs Scholarship
•Admission into a qualifying graduate degree program [eligible graduate
programs: Analytics, Applied Financial Economics, Artificial Intelligence,
Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Business Administration
(MBA), Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering (all specialties),
Information Systems, Master of Public Health (MPH), Professional Studies,
Project Management, Supply Chain Management.]
• Awarded at time of Direct Entry or Graduate Pathway admission.
• Global Graduate Scholarships can be combined with INTO SLU Graduate
Pathway Scholarships.

Public Health Service Award
• Direct Entry admission to master's programs in College for Public Health
and Social Justice.
• Selection based on applicant essay and/or experience related to public
health and medical professions.
Undergraduate scholarships:
SLU merit-based scholarship-$39,000 ($10,000-$39,000 per year ($50,000-$195,000 in total))
Catholic/Jesuit High School Scholarship-$5,000 ($4,000 or $5,000 per year ($20,000 or $25,000 in total))
Gaokao Scholarship-$14,000 ($10,000-$14,000 per year ($50,000-$70,000 in total))
Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship-Up to $24,000 per year (Varies)
Transfer: merit-based scholarship-$22,000 ($14,000-$22,000 per year)
Presidential Scholarship-$57,430 (Up to full tuition)
International Year One Scholarship-$20,000 (Up to $10,000 - $20,000 per year*)

Graduate Scholarships:
Regional scholarship-$14,000 (Up to $14,000)
Global Graduate, Direct Entry Programs Scholarship-Up to $10,000
Public Health Service Award-$5,000-$10,000
